Summer 2021 Varsity Football Workouts Start June 28th

Varsity Strength and Conditioning Program this summer.  We will work out Monday through Thursday from 7:30am until 9am.  We will begin the program on Monday, June 28th.  If you are in town, the expectation is that you will be working out with your teammates.  Family vacations and sports camps are acceptable reasons to miss workouts.  Here is the summer schedule:
June 28-July 1  Week 1 
July 5-8             Week 2
July 12-15         Week 3
July 18-21         Varsity Football Camp/Youth Camp--No lifting this week
July 26-29         Week 4
August 2-5        Week 5
August 9-12      Week 6
We will be off the week of August 16th and our first practice will be August 23rd.  I'll be sending our August practice schedule out later this week.
I will send details about our Football Camp in the near future.  You can plan on a Team Meeting on Sunday, July 18th at 7pm.  You can also plan on being on campus July 19-21 from 7am until about 3:30pm each day. 
Please make our summer workouts and camp a priority.
